Lorne Laboratories is the only independent company in England that for 30 years has manufactured and distributed a comprehensive range of reagents and associated products for blood transfusion, immunology and serodiagnosis.

What we do

Lorne Laboratories is a specialist manufacturer of blood grouping reagents and diagnostic test kits. We are also resellers of laboratory equipment including refrigerators, freezers and slide strainers. Our products are used by blood transfusion professionals. laboratories and pharmacies in the UK, and in more than 80 countries around the world.

Lorne can produce diagnostic test kits and reagents in vials, or in bulk if required, each carefully quality controlled from the sourcing of the raw materials to final filling under laminar flow.

We supply a wide range of laboratory equipment including blood bank, laboratory, pharmacy, medical and mortuary refrigerators, freezers, fridge-freezers and icemakers, platelet storage incubators, rotators, agitators and shakers.
